To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate for convenience or for cause as set forth in the governing agreement. Upon termination, you agree to pay for services rendered and expenses incurred up to the effective date.
